We’ve been having trouble with our main school website at http://www.bryanston.net. This hasn’t affected parents accessing the site but, ironically, we’ve had major difficulties getting onto the site from computers in school. This seems to have been finally sorted out, but we’ve taken the opportunity to redesign our website (although the content from the old site is still there). If you go to bryanston.net you now have a choice to enter the main school website or log-in to our managed Learning Environment, DB Primary.
The DB Primary website is more relevant to the children and staff, but we are gradually getting into a position where we will soon be able to provide parents with log-in details and this may be a good way to get class information, and access to some of your child’s work, in the future.
In the meantime, take a look at our new website. I’d be interested in hearing your views if you think there’s a way to improve it.
I’ve also put a simple homework survey on the site so you can let us know what you think of our new system for setting and managing homework. If you get on the main site, look at the St Mary’s News Blog feed on the right hand side and click on the ‘New Homework System’ link.
