Ellen, our chef, makes us wonderful, healthy and tasty school dinners. But if you want your child to have a packed lunch, we’ve got some great ideas for you in a handout coming home in the next few days.
Please try to help your child eat five portions of fruit or vegetables a day, and please remember a child’s portion size is what fits into the palm of their hand! Children’s learning is greatly helped by having breakfast before they arrive in school, and by eating fresh, unprocessed food.
